We work across Dhaka and the surrounding areas. For sites further out, tell us the location and we will confirm coverage and any travel time before you commit to anything.
How quickly do you respond to a service call?
Contract clients get a committed response window written into their AMC. For everyone else we aim to triage the same working day and get a technician on site within one working day.
What does an AMC cover?
An annual maintenance contract covers scheduled servicing, priority response and defined call-outs for the equipment listed in it. Consumables and parts are quoted separately unless the contract says otherwise.
Do you supply hardware as well as service it?
Yes. We supply printers, laptops, desktops, networking equipment, CCTV and peripherals — and because we also service them, you are not left chasing a warranty through a reseller.
Is there a warranty on your work?
Installation work carries our own workmanship warranty, and supplied hardware carries the manufacturer warranty. Both are stated on the quotation before you approve it.
Do you visit the site before quoting?
For anything beyond a simple repair, yes. A site visit is how a quotation stops being a guess. There is no charge for a survey within our normal service area.
