What this website collects, why, and how long we keep it.
Who we are

What the enquiry form collects
When you send an enquiry we ask for, and store:
- Your name and mobile number, so we can call you back.
- Your email address, if you choose to give one. It is optional.
- The service you selected and your city or area, so we can tell you our response time.
- The message you wrote.
- Technical details attached automatically: your IP address, your browser identifier, the page you sent the form from, and the date and time.
The IP address and timestamp are kept for one reason: to stop the form being abused by automated submissions. They are not used to profile you.
Why we are allowed to hold it
You give it to us, with an explicit tick, to be contacted about your own enquiry. That is the only thing we use it for. We do not add you to a mailing list, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone outside the people in our company who need it to answer you.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in our system while they are live and for a reasonable period afterwards as a record of the work. Ask us to delete yours and we will, unless we are required to keep it for tax or contractual reasons.
Cookies and measurement
This website currently sets no analytics or advertising cookies at all. The only cookie that can be set is a session cookie in the private admin area, which ordinary visitors never reach.
Third parties
- Our hosting provider keeps server logs, including IP addresses, as part of running the server.
- Our email provider transmits and stores the enquiry emails we send and receive.
- Google Maps — the map on the contact page is not loaded until you click it. Until you do, Google receives nothing about your visit.
- WhatsApp — tapping a WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp, and your message there is covered by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details above and we will deal with it promptly.

If what we collect changes, this page changes with it. It was last updated on 13 August 2026.
