Either. Most clients take the turnkey route — design, furniture, civil, electrical and data under one contract with one handover date — but we will do design-only if you already have a contractor.
How long does an office fit-out take?
It depends on area and scope, but you get a dated schedule with the quotation, and progress you can check against it.
Will I see the design before work starts?
Yes — layout drawings and 3D visualisations, with materials and finishes, approved by you before anything is ordered.
Can you coordinate the IT cabling with the interiors?
That is the main reason clients use us for both. Data and power points get planned around the furniture layout instead of being chased afterwards.
