Terms of use
The terms that apply to this website. Work we carry out is governed by its own contract.
Who these terms are with
This website is operated by MS TECHNOLOGY BD (“we”, “us”). By using it you accept these terms.
What this website is
It describes the services we offer and gives you ways to contact us. Nothing on it is a binding quotation or an offer to contract. Prices, availability, timescales and specifications are confirmed only in a written quotation or contract issued by us.
Accuracy
We keep the content here current and correct as far as we reasonably can, but we do not warrant that every detail is complete or up to date at every moment. Product and brand names are used to describe what we service and supply; they belong to their respective owners and their presence here does not imply endorsement unless we say so explicitly.
Project photography and client names
Photographs of completed work are our own or used with permission. Client names and logos appear here only where that client has given us written permission. If you believe something has been published in error, tell us at mstechnology27@gmail.com and we will remove it while we check.
Your use of the site
You agree not to:
- use the enquiry form to send unsolicited, abusive or automated messages;
- attempt to gain access to any part of the site, server or database you have not been given access to;
- copy substantial parts of the site's text, photography or design for use elsewhere without our permission.
Intellectual property
The design, text, photography and code of this website belong to us or to our suppliers and are protected by copyright. You may view, download and print pages for your own use in evaluating our services.
Links to other sites
Where we link out — to a manufacturer, a map, or a social profile — we are not responsible for the content or the privacy practices of that site.
Liability
We are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the general information published here, as distinct from advice we give you directly in the course of a quotation or a contract. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Privacy
How we handle information you send us is set out in our privacy policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published here is the one that applies. Last updated 13 August 2026.
